We headed upto the falls on Mothers Day. There was still plenty of snow to dig through but the +20 weather made the cold of the snow nothing more

Labrador City Centennial Park

Megan had lots of fun at the park, she sprinted to each and every piece of playground equipment. She really enjoyed the swing set the most, but sliding was a close second.
We went again yesterday and spent half the day swinging again. We were going to try it again today but overnight we punished with a foot of snow and high winds!!! Grrrr :(

We had a fun time skiing at Whistler. I did not snowboard because I wanted to fully explore the hill without killing myself!!! We were there when the 2010 Olympic flags were raised, and we skied the runs for the women's and men's Olympic Super G. Whistler not only had great skiing but the food, drinks, and "skibum" scene were really cool as well.
This was sure the perfect way to end an awesome vacation.

Leavenworth Bavarian village. This was quite the change from the U.S. experience we have been having everyday. We spent the evening enjoying the breath taking scenery and cultural livelihood. We bar hopped a little enjoying germen brews, and then decided on authentic dinning at a Bavarian restaurant. The meal was fantastic and the live accordian music truly set the mood.

Seattle Underground

We toured the old Seattle underground yesterday. The people of Seattle had to start rebuilding the entire city on top of the old city to solve some of the "stupid" planning of the origional city.
The tour was very informative and funny, We were given the lighter side look into the old ways of the city planners and settlers.

Spirit of Washington Dinner Train

After the Red hook beer tour we spent the evening aboard the Spirit of Washington Dinner Train.
We had a beautiful evening touring the Washington lake area and enjoying a well prepared meal and wine. The half way point included a tour of the Columbia winery were enjoyed a tasting of various wines. The return trip was concluded with specialty coffees and tasty deserts.
Beautiful scenery, great food and drink, and a touch of history made for a wonderful evening.

This afternoon we had a tour of the Red Hook beer brewery.
Zak, our tour guide, was very funny. He kept on pouring us the
various brews which in turn made him funnier!!!
We got to sample many of the micro brews and we presented with a
very interesting history of the company.

Stevens Pass Ski Day

skiing at Stevens pass was an awesome time. Moira and myself tried Snowboarding for the first time. Moira lasted for a single run before she traded in her board for skies. I on the other hand picked up boarding like a PRO... haha. We really enjoyed ourselves and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. We skied until my legs were going to explode and then we headed inside to lessen our pain with many ales. On the way home we picked up some Teryaki for super, but before we enjoyed the food we jumped into the hot tub for a well deserved soaking!!!

Returning home from our vacation in Galicia Spain

This is a picture of us in front on Big Ben with a double decker bus driving by in London. We had only 6 hours to take in what we could. We went to the city center to see Big Ben, Buckingham palace, classic red telephone booths "the tube" subway system, a great meal and drinks, stepping into traffic at every crossing!!!! and souviners.

Megan is almost 18 months old now. Papa and Maman can't figure out were the time goes. I guess that the saying is true, that time flies when your having fun. Megan is starting to speak some broken phrases now, but the phrases are mixed in English French and Spanish...haha its so cute.
Everyone else in the family is doing great, were getting excited for the family vacation in Spain. Can't wait and I'll be taking lots of pics...

I usually test my connection every time I log on to the net I want to be sure my connection speeds are correct. I have tried many similar sites but I get the best result with this site. Also Testmy.net has many other useful benchmark tools/tests for your PC.

Relaxing and finishing her bottle, She's a little tired early tonight.
She is recovering from a small cold and cough but she has been feeling better today.

Megan's vocabulary is starting to grow now, she knows a couple of words now but from different languages, French English and Spanish. She hears them all almost on a daily basis. I think she babbles mostly in French and will speak French first.
Ah who knows,I just hope she not to confused!!

Underground Tour of INCO's Copper/ nickel mine

Canadian Mining and Industrial Expo 2005

Copper Cliff Curling Club and McClelland Arena

Five representatives and myself attended the C.M.I.E.2005 In Sudbury ON this past week.
Along with the industrial training and trade show a couple of us took part in a tour of one of INCO's Mining Operations. We traveled under ground 3000+ feet in a underground mine, visited the Clarabelle Mill, and the Copper Cliff Smelter.
We also met with Sudbury Area Mining Supply & Service Association who represent the Sudbury Area mining service and supply businesses.
